今年剛好成軍十年的Silverstein，最近發行了一張十年紀念Live專輯



從一開始只是side-project band，在發行了一張

ep後才正式成立，先來聽一首他們早期的歌吧~

他們的live其實算是很不錯的，

尤其是這種清腔與吼腔的轉換真的不簡單，

有些樂團甚至會讓主唱專職吼叫，

以其他樂手唱主旋律或雙主唱配制，由此可見其中難度!!

假如將Silverstein列入愛團排行的話，他們肯定會在十名以內，

不論吉他旋律的編寫，或整體編曲都相當有自己的味道。

甚至連Acoustic（不插電）也相當令人著迷啊!!

從第一張EP帶著些許實驗性的編曲方式，到第二張漸漸打開知名度，

第三張不再強調過去的吼腔和帶著些許EMO風的旋律，

或許跟換了Midtown的吉他手Heath Saraceno有些許的關係吧…



而到這張2008最新專輯，也許是因為聽慣了一、二張專輯，個人覺得少了一點過去的活力，但爽度不減啊！

假如一個團能把live唱的跟studio一樣的好，那分數就從一百分開始起跳了，

但現場唱的不會比錄音室裡好（普遍的狀況來說…排除少數神人…）

因為錄音室可以修個好幾十遍百遍萬遍都沒關係…

但觀眾為什麼要來看live？為什麼不坐在家中聽CD就好？



就是因為現場的煽動力啊！！！

雖然Senses Fail現場唱的也不是頂好，但我覺得吸引人的地方就是帶著點神經質、誇張的舞台動作，

讓人不知不覺就想要跟他們一起嗨！

我想這些就是CD裡永遠「聽」不到的…
